Information regarding the processing of personal data of Clients/Counterparties who are natural persons.

With regards to the cooperation you established with Maurisse Sp. z o.o and due to the fact that from 25.05.2018 the provisions of the so-called GDPR, namely the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, respecting your privacy as well as ensuing that you know who processes your personal data and in what manner, below we present information that will help you determine it.
  1. The administrator of your personal data including identification data, address details and contact details is Maurisse Sp. z o.o with its registered seat in Gdynia, 81-531, ul. Wielkopolska 403/4 (ADO).
  2. We have no obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer, but you can contact us with regards to any matters related to the protection of your personal data via e-mail: naruszenia.rodo@maurisse.com 
  3. Personal data will be processed by us for the following purposes and on the following grounds:
    1. the proper performance of the agreement concluded by and between us and you  (the Agreement), i.e. pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter b of the GDPR;
    2. possibly pursuing civil law claims or providing defence against such claims i.e. Pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter f of the GDPR; our legitimate interest is to ensure the possibility to take effective action in order to possibly pursue claims we are entitled to against you; as well as to possibly defend against claims you may direct at us (our legitimate interest).
    3. performance of our obligations under the applicable law, in particular accounting regulations and tax regulations, including archiving obligations, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter c of the GDPR.
  4. You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification and deletion, and also to request processing restrictions and to transfer data.
  5. You also have the right to object - for reasons related to your particular situation - to the processing we use for purposes arising from our legitimate interest.
  6. The recipients of your personal data will be entities to which we are obliged to provide data on the grounds of applicable law (including the tax authorities competent for us), entities that provide IT services, accounting, courier or postal services, advisory or legal services.
  7. Personal data will be kept for the duration of the Agreement, as well as after its completion - until the obligation on our part to archive documents related to the conclusion or performance of the Agreement cease or until our mutual claims expire (depending on which of the circumstances will arise later).
  8. If you feel that the processing of personal data is not compliant with the provisions of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  9. The processing of your personal data will not lead to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  10. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (i.e. outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations.

Information regarding the processing of personal data of the representatives of Clients/Counterparties

With regards to the cooperation established between Maurisse Sp. z o.o and the entity you represent (our Counterparty) and due to the fact that from 25.05.2018 the provisions of the so-called GDPR, namely the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, respecting your privacy as well as ensuing that you know who processes your personal data and in what manner, below we present information that will help you determine it.
  1. The administrator of your personal data including identification data, address details and contact details is Maurisse Sp. z o.o with its registered seat in Gdynia, 81-531, ul. Wielkopolska 403/4 (ADO).
  2. We have no obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer, but you can contact us with regards to any matters related to the protection of your personal data via e-mail: naruszenia.rodo@maurisse.com 
  3. We obtained your personal data from your Counterparty.
  4. ADO will be processing the following categories of data: identification data, contact details, details regarding your work position, location and the organizational structure.
  5. Personal data will be processed by us for the following purposes and on the following grounds:
    1. In order to perform the agreement concluded by and between us and our Counterparty (the Agreement) i.e. pursuant to art. 6 letter f of the GDPR (we shall further refer to this as our legitimate interest); our legitimate interest in this case is ensuring the possibility to correctly implement the Agreement;
    2. In order to possibly pursue and defend against claims i.e. based on our legitimate interest; our legitimate interest in this case includes ensuring the possibility to take effective actions in order to pursue claims against our Counterparty as well as to defend against claims that our Counterparty may direct against us.
    3. if the received personal data appear in the accounting documents, the additional basis and purpose will be the performance of our obligations under the accounting regulations and tax regulations, including archiving obligations, i.e. art. 6 par. 1 letter. c of the GDPR.
  6. You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification and deletion, and also to request processing restrictions.
  7. You also have the right to object - for reasons related to your particular situation - to the processing we use for purposes arising from our legitimate interest.
  8. The recipients of your personal data will be entities to which we are obliged to provide data on the grounds of applicable law (including the tax authorities competent for us), entities that provide IT services, accounting, courier, postal services or advisory services.
  9. Personal data will be kept for the duration of the Agreement, as well as after its completion - until the obligation on our part to archive documents related to the conclusion or performance of the Agreement cease or until mutual claims between us and our Counterparty expire (depending on which of the circumstances will arise later).
  10. If you feel that the processing of personal data is not compliant with the provisions of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  11. The processing of your personal data will not lead to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  12. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (i.e. outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations.

Information clause for job candidates:

Under the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 ( GDPR) we inform that

  3. ADO will be processing the following categories of data: identification data, contact details, details regarding the course of your employment, data regarding your professional experience and education, data regarding your interests.
  4. Your personal data will be processed by ADO in order to conduct and resolve the recruitment process for the position of [...]
  5. The grounds for processing your personal data are:
    1. in the scope including name(s) and last name, date of birth, correspondence address, e-mail address or telephone number, education and the course of previous employment - art. 6 par. 1 letter c of the GDPR (a legal obligation imposed on us, which results from the provisions of labor law);
    2. in the scope of other data included in the job offer - art. 6 par. 1 letter a of the GDPR (consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose indicated in point 5).
  6. n addition, in the case you provide a separate consent, your personal data will be processed in order to conduct and resolve future recruitment processes conducted by ADO. In this case, in the scope of data contained in the offer, the basis for their processing shall be art. 6 par. 1 letter a of the GDPR.
  7. Your providing your personal data is voluntary, but providing the data that we process based on a legal obligation is necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
  8. The recipients of your personal data will be entities executing IT and HR services for us.
  9. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 3 months from the end of the recruitment process for the position indicated above, and in the case of additional consent for data processing for the sake of future recruitment - until the end of the calendar year, which will be 3 years from the end of the recruitment process for the position indicated in the announcement.
  10. You have the right to request access to your personal data, their correction and deletion, and also to request processing restrictions and to transfer data.
  11. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, however, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which was carried out on the basis of the consent expressed by you prior to its withdrawal.
  12. If you feel that the processing of personal data is not compliant with the provisions of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  13. Decisions regarding the completion and resolution of the recruitment process will not be made in an automated manner.
  14. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations.
